Designer Cake Flavours

Our cakes always taste as good as they look!  With over 10 years experience as a pastry chef Alison has perfected all of her recipes using quality ingredients such as free range eggs, Belgian chocolate, real vanilla and fresh Yarra Valley produce.  All of the cake flavours will be available for tasting at your design consultation meeting.

  • All of our cake flavours are listed below with their suggested filling flavours.       Our fillings are all made from Belgian chocolate, fresh fruit and natural flavours.

    Vanilla and White Chocolate Cake


    -White chocolate, dark chocolate, lemon, strawberry, raspberry or pistachio.

    Belgian Chocolate Cake

    -White chocolate, dark chocolate, strawberry, raspberry, caramel, coffee, hazelnut             or orange.

    Caramel Cake

    -Dark chocolate, white chocolate, caramel or hazelnut.

    Orange and Poppyseed Cake

    -White chocolate, lemon or dark chocolate.

    Banana Cake

    -Caramel, dark chocolate or white chocolate.

    Carrot Cake

    -White chocolate, lemon or orange.

    Rich Fruit Cake

    -Soaked in De Bortoli Black Noble, covered in a layer of marzipan then rolled icing. (marzipan is optional)

    Gluten Free Cakes

    -We offer a chocolate cake and a flourless orange and almond cake for those who are gluten intolerant.




Also note:

- Cookies are available in either vanilla bean shortbread, lemon shortbread or spiced gingerbread.

- Other cake flavours are available on request, please let us know if you have a particular flavour you would like that is not on our list.

- It is possible to mix flavours in multi tiered cakes for no extra charge.

- Cake tastings are available during your free wedding cake consultation.
