Macaron Masterclasses Now Available

Learn how to make perfect macaron’s during your one on one lesson at the Alison Louise Designer Cake studio in the Yarra Valley. Classes are held at a time to suit with a duration of 3 hours.
During the lesson you will:
-Make two batches of macaron’s, your choice of flavours
-Make a ganache filling
-Make a buttercream filling
-Tips and techniques from mixing to piping and cooking the perfect macaron
-Take home your 60 macarons
$250 or $270 including a signed copy of Macaron (cash, credit card or direct deposit)
